Terms of Service
These terms govern access to AIP Protocol, a sponsored recommendation platform operated by MOONPLAY SDN. BHD.
Labelled placements
Sponsored content must remain clearly identified and separate from the agent's organic answer.
Customer responsibility
Customers remain responsible for campaign claims, destination pages, pricing details, and disclosures.
1. Service Description
AIP Protocol provides campaign review, intent matching, sponsored recommendation delivery controls, reporting, integration support, and related business platform services for approved customers. AIP does not process end-user purchases, receive settlement proceeds for third-party goods or services, guarantee traffic or conversions, or act as a marketplace, escrow service, or third-party payment processor.
2. Eligibility
You must have authority to use AIP Protocol on behalf of your company or organization. Access may require onboarding, identity verification for the business account, and written approval.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, credentials, integration keys, campaign settings, and user permissions. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Customer Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant MOONPLAY SDN. BHD. the rights necessary to review, process, deliver, secure, support, and improve the service.
5. Acceptable Use
You must comply with the AIP Protocol Acceptable Use Policy. We may reject campaigns or suspend access when activity creates user trust, security, platform, policy, or billing risk.
6. Sponsored Content
Sponsored placements must remain clearly labelled. Customers are responsible for ensuring campaign claims, destination pages, pricing details, availability, and disclosures are accurate and current.
7. Fees and Billing
Fees are based on the selected checkout package, approved order form, invoice, campaign terms, or written agreement. Approved standard packages can use Stripe Checkout or Payment Link for one-time purchases up to USD 3,000 or the approved MYR equivalent. Enterprise access and custom terms require invoice review. Checkout pages, Payment Links, invoices, or order forms show the accepted currency (USD or MYR), applicable taxes if any, and total payable amount before payment. Payments are completed through Stripe-hosted Checkout, Payment Links, or Stripe invoices; AIP Protocol does not store full card numbers.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, and delivery terms are described in the Refund, Cancellation, and Delivery Policy or in the applicable order form.
9. Service Providers
AIP may integrate with hosting, analytics, security, support, AI model, and billing providers. Use of those providers may be subject to their own terms.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail review, create operational risk, fail to pay approved invoices, or if continued service would harm users, partners, or platform integrity.
11. Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOONPLAY SDN. BHD. disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
